MISSION

Our mission is to provide affordable housing through our 501c3 community development corporation.  HUD is our guiding light for apartment leasing pricing.  Our niche is tailored to 50+ seniors and senior veterans that are employed that aspire to have simply one monthly cost that is inclusive of housing rent, parking, high speed internet, communications, free streaming services, all utilities included, modern open concept efficient living spaces.  We also will work with all authorities beyond our organization for assistance services such as state, county, city, township, and villages with any rent assistance when necessary for our tenants during an unplanned life obstacle.
